City's Dating Trap Targets US Tourists: Robbed and Killed Tou Ger Xiong
Tou Ger Xiong, a Hmong-American activist and comedian from Minnesota, was tragically found dead in Medellin, Colombia. Investigations revealed he was kidnapped at gunpoint for a $2,000 ransom.
