Dating Scam: Women Lure Victims to Pubs, Run Up Huge Bills, Then Vanish
Hyderabad police registered a case on Friday (7/06/2024) for an alleged “dating scam” of a few women taking men to a pub and then leaving them after making them pay large amounts of bills. These women would make fake profiles on different dating apps and then take the victims to pubs. Leaving their victims with staggering bills, the women quietly slip away from the pub, according to police reports. The investigation is in the process and they have registered a case against the management, they added.

After further investigation into the case, it was revealed to be a scam with fake identities and companies. The company is now filing a report and has become more cautious about its future investors. Maxion continues to expand, focusing on new markets with its seed funding.
